At Omaze UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized UK courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
